I should hope so. He preaches the destruction of Israel, and that is certainly against international law.

Not just him but his bosses who pull the strings from behind the curtain and all the other goons like him who have executed over 50,000 people in the last 28 years. Plus 100,000+ cases of torture in political prisons.

In Ahmadinejad's case, ever since he came to power, the human rights abuses against relegious and ethnic minorities has gone up 10 times more than the president before him.

83% of previously published books allowed in Iran have been banned, many publishers thrown in prisons and forced to go bankrupt.

Arrests have gone up, specially those of students and political activists all of whom get tortured for months.

The list goes on and on and going by the fact that all these terrorist activities get done by Iranian Revolutionary Guards while he is in the office, he becomes responsible for their actions + it really doesn't help his case being a former member of IRGC.

I think so! But I wouldn't worry about him to much. America and Israel are already building up their forces to take Iran down. War will probably start before the end of 2007.
