I believe that until a woman consents to having sexual intercourse she remains a virgin...
Even if she is raped or ruptures her own hymen through masturbation/exercise.

It seems you don't kow what "raped" and "sexually abused" is...look it up on the net. If a girl started out as a virgin and was then raped or then she is no longer considered a virgin. "Any" penetration against her will is considered rape. It's not a matter of mentality, it's a matter of physically stretching or breaking the seal (so to speak), and if done by someone else then she is no longer a virgin.
a "mental virgin" actually sounds mental...lol

For the people saying yes, what are you talking about?
Virginity is NOT a state of mind, and as sad as rape is, if the woman as been physically penetrated, she is no longer a virgin.

Sadly, you are only a virgin until your hymen is ruptured for whatever reason. So if you are raped and your hymen is ruptured, no, you are no longer a virgin.
Being a virgin is a physical state, the state of having an unruptured hymen.

Definitely.
Because virginity is more than just your body- but an act of the mind. It is lost by a choice of an individual.

Usually, no. But it depends on the perspective. I believe God would consider her a virgin. And so would I, for one.

for a girl to no longer be a virgin, a man's penis must penetrate her vagina.
