It's about a man who is living with his father's wife, and Paul is telling the Corinthian community how to deal with it. He says in 5:5:
"you are to hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord."

This sounds like such a strange idea to me. Hand him over to Satan? What is Paul saying?

Thanks!

My 10 year old sister only recently got over this dry cough and sore throat...the doctor gave her this potent narcotic cough syrup and said she should take it until she feels better...but 2 days after my mom filled the prescription, it was empty. My mom is a severe drug addict and I know that she drank it all, but she won't admit it...even though when my sister asked her what happened to it, she said "i might have taken a swig of it". Anyway, my sister was still sick and so my mom went out and got another bottle for her..same thing, 3 days later it was empty. This has happened several times with my mother. After I had my wisdom teeth out, my mom took all of my tylenol 3s and percocets that my dentist prescribed me, and wouldn't admitt to it or even bother to try and get me more after I developed dry socket, so I basicly was put through hell for a week because of her. Is there a name for parents who do this? What do I do?

My ex has left 60% of his life insurance to his children ($300K each) and the other financial accts were left to me to cover funeral expenses, household maintenance and to provide for a soft-landing from the loss. I am also the executor of the estate. Now $1500/mo goes to child support by decree from the estate. The remaining child support payments could be over $90,000 which is basically the remaining estate. With no will in place, I assume the estate goes to probate. The support money is placed in escrow and paid out over time. My husband believes that he is leaving me all of the remaining estate but he forgot about the decree. What's the best way to adjust for the child support? My husband is the wage-earner in our household.

Ok. I have done a little bit of research, but I wanted to see if anyone could help me further. I live in an apartment complex and the management there does a very poor job. It snowed a few weeks back and because they never cleared off the origional snow it has since melted and turned into ice on both the sidewalk and the parking lot. I have slipped on the ice as well as have gotten my vehichle stuck more than once there. I have gone to the management, but they have done nothing but ignore my complaint. Is there anything that I can do to Make them clear the situation? It has gotten way out of hand. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Well hello there, I remember playing this one pc game a long time ago maybe in 1999 or 2002 or something it was called "Gramma-rama" that was the name butm I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly. The game let you solve english problems and you had to be good at it in order to advance, you basically pretty much were a starting director and the people you worked for you had to solve english problems, you also had a bonus level where you give the directors donuts, glazed donuts, krullers, etc.. I also remember that when you finally got the end of the game you got to make your own video like with cartoony characters and you can make them say stuff and move... and then you could watch what you made. But, I don't know where I can find this game I looked on google and came up with nothing, can you help me find this game please?

I've always known my girlfriend is the jealous type. She's real jealous of my brothers fiance. When they bought a house, she told me we need a house. When they bought a new car, she said we need a new car, the same one they got. Well my gal was looking on myspace and discovered my bro & his gal are getting married. The next day someone got into my brothers fiances email, and her ebay acct. They started sending all her messages to a bunch of people. My brother told me right away it was my gal, I told him there was no way. Well, ebay gave them an IP# and it tracked to my gals job! I asked her and she said it wasn't her. Now she's mad at me for not believing her. My brother says I'm stupid not to believe the proof. She also told me someone at her job stold a lap top and this person has been hacking into a bunch of peoples stuff. I found out that never happened. Is she lying? Why won't she tell me if she did it? What should I do?

Take that you Neocons. Americans are fed up with your style of government and fear-based mind control. They're standing up for real American values, and they're not going to take any more of Bush's ********. Your time in the spotlight in this country has come to an end, and good riddance.

I have a small block chevy that I am looking to rebuild. I was thinking about vortec heads but they only have up to 180 cc intake runners. What would flow better, vortec heads or a 200 cc intake head with 2.02 valves? I've heard that vortecs make more power even though they have smaller intake ports. Is this true?

It would be about 1450 for the package in addition to 660 for the airfare. I might actually get to see him in person. The club has had that opportunity in the past, although it is not guaranteed. It's in April - 2 games, or in May, 1 game.

I want to laugh when I find something funny, not when canned laughter tells me something is supposedly hilarious. I rarely watch the sitcoms of today to begin with, because of all the putdowns, sexual innuendo, and selfishness. Have you ever watched a sitcom or comedy routine, and found yourself not laughing at all?
I'm not a prude and have a good sense of humor, but canned laughter insults me, because what it is saying is that I can't think for myself. Voice or vent your opinions.
