more details to assist:
man cannot start his motorbike
man on way nowhere important (trust me)
man has tantrum because he cannot find jump leads
man has tantum 'cos woman goes to help look for jumpleads
man has tantrum 'cos woman finds jump leads
man has tantrum 'cos - well 'cos!
man says 'sorry - you know what I'm like' then starts to have other tantrum immediately after saying 'sorry' about same thing all over again (motorbike running at this point)
ps. woman has jump leads for her vw camper in safe place. man has no jump leads himself.

Usually because they cannot handle things not going exactly as they want immediately or because they perceive criticism at the drop of a hat. In other words they need to grow up big time. If you have someone like that in your life I suggest you let them get on with it until they run out of steam.. If they keep on wait your moment the ask them if you should get them a darn good therapist 'cos you're nor t putting up with their childishness anymore or would they just like a new rattle to replace the one they keep throwing out of the pram. (Yes i have been there and done it.)

Are you taunting him? A good book to read is men are from mars women are from venus. Men can be a little like cowboys they don't nescessarily want to " talk things out all the time" when a man is angry he might shutdown and you have to wait until they want to speak again about that subject that causes him to have tantrums.

Grown men have tantrums because they know that they'll get their way. It stems from their childhood. It's not funny but funny to watch this. It was really funny when my husband tried it on me, cuz I just sit there and watched him get madder and madder cuz he wants everything his way and they aren't. It only happens once every six months.

Because their wives lay down rules that are full of double standards and when the do and say what they don't want, or let us do we get frustrated and tantrums follow.

Because no mater how old they get they are always little boys inside. If he just gets in a mood that is one thing if he gets violent-seek help.

because they never got the beating they deserved when they threw tantrums as a child, so they never learned not to throw tantrums.
