Yesterday. Great question. You know, sometimes you try and try and the message is not getting through. Then, you get frustrated and you get "firm."

I'm not sure it's a constructive approach, but it seems unavoidable now and again.

The people that use "firm" as a default are going to have very poorly attended funerals. LOL

It really has to be done in moderation. There's a saying in management that you have to give positive feedback ten times for every negative or challenging message.

At home, maybe you want to get as close to zero as possible. If you have five young kids, though, firm might be the only way to do it.

Daily with clients at my work. Dont be intimidated. If you are doing the right thing just remember to watch your tone. You can be firm and kind, its tough Love girl, you can do it.

my mother in law. i had to put her in her place she was getting involved in our marriage and telling my husband lies about me.
i open a can of woop *** on her with white gloves in other words i told her off without using profanity or dis respect to an elder person but i totally gave her a piece of my mind. she now is a good friend and does no i mean no medeling!!!! girl power !!!
