i have dark complexion and i have pimples and scars on my face. my scalp is also dry. i don't want to use much chemical products i need a solution for my pimples and scars and for my dry fizzy hair. i am using bio-tech ayurvedic soap and shampoo and ponds body lotion. when i am applying lotion my complexion goes darker but without applying i am getting scars because of cold weather.alsoi find there many darkspots in my feet hands and face. please help.

I am having sort of a crisis, was wondering if anyone could give their opinion. Right now I'm 19, male, and I am starting to think a lot about how I was raised and how my parents act towards each other and to me, etc. Well I find that my mom waits on me like a butler, she never disciplined me, and never gave me responsibility. My dad talks down to her. I don't want to disobey her and I know she loves me, but I think that she should expect me to do things I should be responsible for (she INSISTS that she do them even if I try to help).

Well I find that my dad is misogynistic and I am also misogynistic subconsciously, even though I think this is a bad trait that I wish I didn't have. I can't really tell whose fault this is: my mom's or my dad's. I don't think they are good role models for how a family should function.

So I think my parents love me, but I think that they do a lot of things wrong. I'm in college, live close to home, and visit a lot.

in years, like 10 or more years, do you approach them or do you turn away and act like you don't see them and hope they don't see you? I have had this happen to me and it always seems to happen when I am looking my worst. Like running into the grocery store for a last minute item. Even though I'm curious and want to say hi, I usually turn away. I hate having people see me after so much time has passed and I look like crap.

Well i have moved onto year 11 now where i have to give alot of oral presentations for subjects such as english...only problem is i become extremly nervous even when the teacher mentions the word "oral presentations"
Its so bad that sometimes i even start to feel sick.
I am fine when speaking with friends but infront of groups like a class i just cant do it.
Are there anyways to help me improve in my confidence and my public speaking skills?

A fellow stopped at a rural gas station and, after filling his tank, he paid the bill and bought a soft drink. He stood by his car to drink his cola and he watched a couple of men working along the roadside.

One man would dig a hole two or three feet deep and then move on. The other man came along behind and filled in the hole. While one was digging a new hole, the other was about 25 feet behind filling in the old one. The men worked right past the fellow with the soft drink and went on down the road.

"I can't stand this," said the man tossing the can in a trash container and heading down the road toward the men. "Hold it, hold it," he said to the men. "Can you tell me what's going on here with this digging?"

"Well, we work for the council, " One of the men said.

"But one of you is digging a hole and the other fills it up. You're not accomplishing anything. Aren't you wasting the council's money?"

"You don't understand, mister," one of the men said, leaning on his shovel and wiping his brow. "Normally there's three of us--me, Rodney and Mike. I dig the hole, Rodney sticks in the tree and Mike here puts the dirt back. Now, just because Rodney's sick, that don't mean that Mike and me can't work."
