The State is Oregon. Our community is under threat of being swallowed by the neighboring township, which has a corrupt government. We are forming a citizen's group to find a way to stop it.

I met this guy at uni three years ago, and have always liked him, but never had the guts to tell him. A few months ago things changed a little as we somehow started to have 'moments' where we would stare each other straight in the eyes from across the room and smile. I felt like he gave me more attention, but only the rare comment could be interpreted as 'I like you'. Anyway, now on our summer break we hadn't seen each other for about 2 months although we kept in touch through e-mail. When we finally did catch up he acted as a normal friend would, with the only sign of potentially liking me being that he insisted to pay for lunch. I'm a bit confused over whether he really likes me and what I should do. I should also say here that I have never dated before and am therefore incredibly inexperienced in this sort of situation!!!

i just sold my 1957 bmw isetta to a man in IL i live in WA. he was weired about the shippment and wanted it before his check went through but i refused. i told him absolutly everything i new on the car and what had been done to it. i sent him dozens of pics. and told him everything that still needed done to it. the shipper came when i wasn't home and picked up the car and left without my signiture. he got the car and dissided that it wasn't in the shape that he thought it was in and demanded his $12,000 back, but since i told him everything along with pictures i said no and that the sale was final. now he says that he's going to sew me with washington and illinoise laws. i'm 19 years old and he's like 60 so i don't know much about the law system. and we used the money to pay off family credit cards so we couldn't give it back anyways.
should i be worried?? is there anything he can acually do? please help.. also the entire sale was done over the phone and some by email.

then how can Atkins be possible without the individual doing it having some kind of negative mental response. Just wondering because both of my parents did Atkins and seemed a little crazy.....just wondering if the diet could have been part of the problem w/their mental state at the time-- but maybe they were just crazy....
