Desperate to lose weight, exercise alone is not getting the job done.
Have read material on this but I need to seek some info from those who have tried it.

my brother tried the hoodia available at costco. he said it gave him wicked heartburn, horrid gas and terrible bloating. other people i know have said they had headaches.

instead of resorting to diet pills, let us help you with meal plans and exercise ideas - it's much more effective and have little side effects!

Hoodia is only an appetite suppressant so it does not actually effect fat loss you just eat less. and it doesn't solve the overeating problem.
