IMO ive noticed most girls dont care about that one way or the other. Ive heard of a few that shave their arms

No. It's an indication of high levels of testosterone and masculinity and most guys in the USA prefer their girls to be reasonably feminine. You don't see many girls in the US with hairy legs, hairy arms and moustaches, although in some countries all of those things are regarded as very normal on girls. More girls shave in the USA than in any other country.

what would be the use of hairy arm in terms of sexual activity. if this will give us immunity, why not in dealing with you.

No, but mine aren't gross and manly hairy. I certainly am not going to shave them and get them all stubly. It doesn't bother me that much. Now armpits...that is another story.
