As with any condition, you can either treat the symptom (pimples & scars) or you can treat the cause. What is the cause of your skin issues? Dry skin may be caused because you are not drinking enough water, or it can be due to your environment or it can be caused by what you are putting on your skin. Pimples can be caused due to oily skin, clogged pores, and dry skin may also cause pimples by blocking the pores. Below is a brief summary of the difference in the 3 you are considering. Because dark complexsions may be sensitive to skin care products, I recommend that you use an all natural product line designed for sensitive skin. I love the Hylunia product line developed by a man from Sri Lanka. See www.hylunia.com.

The word ayurveda is Sanskrit for 'science of life'. This traditional medical system of the Indian subcontinent traces its roots to Hindu holy texts of about 4,500 years ago. These define good health and well-being as harmony of the body, mind and self (or soul). Disease is caused by disruption in the natural equilibrium within ourselves or with our environment. In restoring health, attention is paid first to re-balancing the physical body through detoxification and diet, then expanding harmony to the mind and spirit.

Generally, if you have a new rash, you should see your regular provider. Many skin conditions don't require a specialist to diagnose and treat. Some rashes are chronic, or long-term, requiring regular check-ups to keep them under control. You should consider seeing a dermatologist if your regular regimen is not working.

When to See a Dermatologist
Some conditions are pretty exclusively treated by a dermatologist. These include severe forms of common diseases such as acne, atopic dermatitis, and rosacea. Also included are uncommon diseases such as pemphigus, porphyria, and cutaneous lupus. Finally, most skin cancers are treated by a dermatologist, sometimes in conjunction with a surgeon.

A cosmetologist, sometimes called a beautician, a beauty specialist, or an esthetician or aesthetician, is a worker who specializes in giving beauty treatments. A general cosmetologist is proficient in all forms of beauty care and can give hair treatments, facials, skin treatments, and nail treatments. These may be the least reliable as they will generally promote the products they use or carry and these may not be the best for you.

Review what you are currently doing as far as diet, water, exercise, skin care products, stress reduction, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle. Seek the cause make the necessary adjustments and you will achieve the results you desire.

Well this is an easy question to answer. I like easy questions, so keep em coming!!

The answer that you don't want to hear, but in my opinion is blindingly obvious, is that your best option is to go to all three for advice, and say to each one on the first consult that you are going to go to the other two for a difference of opinion. This way they know that you are doing everything you can to help yourself, and are more likely to want to help you help yourself. This automatically means you will have far more information to analyse, more options to choose from, and by default a far better chance of success. Then, when you want to try 1, go back and say your interested in a trial of their product. If it doesn't work, or if it works but not very well, you still have other options to choose from, and from multple sources. I say this because each specialist you go to will undoubtedly offer you multiple options for treatment, and there may even be some overlap. Other specialists you may want to consult with are:
A Natural healer
A therapeutic botanist
A Bushman
Monsanto chemicals
Your local chemist
An illicit drug dealer
A cellular hydrologist
A spirit guide
An intentionalist
A hypnotherapist
Any of those may be able to provide you with some valuable products and/or advice to assist you in your mission. good luck, God bless

In your dreams, Bubba. Doctors no longer consult over the telephone. They need to examine you first to make sure you even need medical assistance.
