They burn the same amount. The best way to burn off fat is to do intensity training. run fast for 20 second then run slow of 18 seconds and repeat is for 2 hours. By doing this, you will speedup your metabolism.

i imagine that the stiff type of fat that the older adult males in many cases have is from ingesting too a lot beer advert eating too a lot, and that makes their abdomen stretch. that is in many cases noted as a " beer gut" in Wisconsin. The jiggly form, notwithstanding, is the position your body eliminates more advantageous nutrition from digestion and saved in lipids, or fat cells i trust that the jiggly form is way harder to free and it calls for much extra attempt. yet there are different strategies of loosing it like surgical operation or pills and so on., yet they don't seem as healthy as exercising and observing what you eat. And when you're nonetheless turning out to be that adjustments your body composition alot. I keep in innovations my brother become fat at the same time as he become youthful and now he's very widely used in weight.

They actually burn the same amount. That is if you are referring to distance. If you are referring to the amount of time that it is done, then running burns more. I, ofcourse, am referring to walking at a quick enough pace to get your heart rate up to your ideal exercising rate.
