Some background - radical Muslims fear that their religion, way of life, and society is under threat of destruction. What are they afraid of? The "godless and morally corrupt" society represented in general by the West, and represented specifically by the United States. So, which political philosophy in the US has embraced godlessness and moral corruption? Some would say the Liberal left has. Without getting into specifics, generally they are in favor of activities viewed as morally corrupt such as abortion, pornography, sex with anyone and anything, homosexuality, and gay marriage. Liberals are also working to eliminate God and religion from society in general via the attacks on the Pledge of Allegiance, school prayer, Christmas displays and activities, etc.

It seems to me the Liberal left is responsible for the hate we are receiving. Yet they also are the ones who think we should just "understand and embrace" radical muslims and they will stop hating us.

My sister got a hamster a few days ago. We keep holding him everyday so he can get used to us. Well everytime I try to pick him up he flinches and runs down the tube. then i follow him and try to pick him up but then he gets scared again and runs up the tube. I just want to know how to have a better relationship with it and why it asks this way. Thanks!

As well as being a popular pagan religion practised by the Roman Army, Mithraism had many similarities to Christianity. Mithraist called themselves 'brother' and were led by a priest called 'father' (Pater). The symbol of the father were a staff, a hooked sword, a ring and hat.

Hunters are using shotguns for hunting birds. The advantages of such weapon is a large area of atack lowering the need of aiming and rising the chance of stricking quicly turning target. What would you say about fighter armed with large “shotgun” loaded with shells with steal balls? The fighter would get on rocket track and shot in front of it (the speed of rocket would give needed impact). What would you say about rocket like cassette bombs shot on track of rocket to explode and prepear a cloud of mines (even simple steal balls)? What would you say about quite large magnetic mines launched on track of rocket to sabotage rocket electronics and magneticaly atract rocket to strike into mine (some kind of Electro-Magnetic Pulse mines)?

I have a doctors appt on Monday and I want another antidepressant that helps and does not cause constipation, or weight gain. I want to go there and tell him that I would like to try another, besides effexor has too many other side effects and I have not liked it in the 2 years that I have been taking it. uncovered over a weekend and you fall into it.You break a leg - needlesss to say, you are in pains. You had been in the hole for six hours without help.

Atheist: A passing-by Christian sees you and offers to help. She doesn't have a phone to call for assistance. She also has no physical power to help you out but pray her God to give her strength to pull you out. After saying prayers, she kneels down give you her hand.

First, what would you do? Will you stretch your hand for her help? Assuming you do! She pulls you out and exclaims "Praise the Lord. He's is your saviour, I was just his servant". What would you say?

In a reverse - Christian in the hole. The exact situation prevails (I presume you'll also be praying). Someone you know for certain is Atheist come pass by. Coz she doesn't have the strength to pull you out, she use some of her clothes as a rope, tie around her body and drops it pull you out. Will you use the rope to go out? Why? Will call her your saviour?

I thought I could move by sending things ahead by UPS and like that, but it just looks less and less feasible all the time. And it's a lot to ask of a friend to drive some 2,138 miles (according to Yahoo Maps) just to schlep a crone and the things she does not want to leave behind. I've been a pack rat married to a pack rat who (the rat!) committed suicide and left me holding the pack. Some 30 years of it. He did his best, and we did winnow it down some over the years as we moved, but you would be amazed at what we moved.

I'm willing to do the work of separating the diamonds from the debris, but there are diamonds (well, OK; semi-precious stones; but metaphorically, you know?) in that slush pile. So what do I do with them? Unlike literal diamonds, which are precious as much because they are so compactly rare and precious and portable, this stuff is gonna need a truck.

I know that each one of you may have different opinions but I need a viewpoint based on general terms.
Who would women date between:

*a man about 1 foot shorter than you or a super obese 6.5 feet tall man.
