Nice idea, but who would enforce it? Some people who are pervs don't know it or don't consider themselves pervs. How would you get them to submit to it? By force? I like it, but it would be a little tricky.

no, i dont think we need public shame like that, plus some put into the sexual offender class really are not the same as those who victimize children,,,,,, in some states, a person can get statutory rape if they are 18 and their parnter is 16,,,,,,, so its hard to really tell,,,,,,and of course some people are convicted who are later proved innocent,,, it would be nice if we had a radar in ourselves to pick up on it though

By perv I guess you mean pedophile or rapist of some kind. I think they should be marked for life. There is no hope for rehab, especially for pedophiles and serial rapists.

and as for statutory rape, if you watch superman and point there ages back to when the kid was born that was statutory rape.
