I've known him for years. He was the best man at my wedding.He has hitherto seemed quite a liberal tolerant person but some of the things he's written about disgust me. I'm certain I'm not missing the point or anything. It's just an offensive piece of trash that's been years in the writing. He gave up his job and his social life to do it. He's coming back from holiday (a treat to himself for finishing it) in a couple of days and he's going to know what I thought of it. What do I do?

This a two part question. How many people here believe in PHYSICALY correcting a dog? Why do others choose not to do it even when they know the dog needs it?

Okay, so maybe he is, maybe he isn't, but I'm rather shocked by all the news I'm hearing since he put out his book supporting the Palestinian cause.

1. Personally lobbied for the re-entry of a Nazi SS officer into the US after being deported for concealing his Nazi ties.

2. When overseeing the establishment of a council to memorialize the holocaust, he said there were "too many Jews" in the council. Also, his people apparently denied acceptance into the board for one Presbyterian Holocaust historian because his name sounded too Jewish.

3. He wrote and published a book opposing an ally of the United States (Israel), and bolstered a group that supports terrorists and terrorism in the Middle East.

My impression of President Carter prior to this book release was generally more of a well-meaning but incompetent administration, so did anyone else know about this stuff?

do I sometimes feel like my bf doesnt like me anymore? Eventhough he doesnt really do anything to show me he doesnt like me, if anything he's always being nice to me. Why cant I just believe he loves me? Why do I sometimes wake up feeling like he hates me just because he didnt call enough or some lame stupid reason like that? I'm on my period, could that be why? In Federal case #4:06-cv-38, ED TN, the lawyers are complaining about a son helping his dad fight for a Fair and MEANINGFUL day in court. His dad's former lawyer did not do his job. He allowed perjury to be committed- A legal malpractice & civil rights case. But because the COMMON SENSE papers the son has helped his dad with, the lawyers argue about technicalities instead of whether or not the former lawyers committed the crimes which is alleged in the lawsuit. $21.6 million dollars is at risk. Lawyer's insurance companies have said the lawyers will not be able to get any insurance after this case is finished regardless of the outcome. So what does that say? So why do lawyers argue about "Wild Goose Chasing" instead of the actual claims? Are they scared their GUILT will be determined so soon? I'm 23, i have had a contraceptive implant in my arm and then taken out as i was bleeding all the time. Then i had it taken out. Then i went on the pill but it was irregular. Then i stopped. now for about 6 months i have had no period at all. Reasons why? Please don't tell me to see a doctor because i am doing that but i'd like some other ideas why first....

Employees of a fast food place find 5 dead rabbits in parking lot. You can tell that the rabbits were killed in a not very nice way. You can also tell that someone placed them in the parking lot..
The owner says--Do not call the police, I do not want the attention . Several employee's are upset that he is ignoring it. and refusing to call the police because they have to be there late at night and are worried the person or persons who did this might come back while they are there alone. What do you think?
