Employees of a fast food place find 5 dead rabbits in parking lot. You can tell that the rabbits were killed in a not very nice way. You can also tell that someone placed them in the parking lot..
The owner says--Do not call the police, I do not want the attention . Several employee's are upset that he is ignoring it. and refusing to call the police because they have to be there late at night and are worried the person or persons who did this might come back while they are there alone. What do you think?

Definitely call the police. They say, harming animals is one of the first steps of becoming a murderer. Or, quit, call headquarters and sue. Sue for an emotional reason. You are scared that this person may be following you home. I have a feeling they may offer you a settlement. Make them go bigger. You wont ever have to work at a fast food place again.

Most assuredly call the police. They can tell the police that they would rather this not be sent out in a press release, and most police I know will respect that request.

Call the RSPCA or state animal protection organization. Then you haven't called the police but you have reported the animal cruelty

report the thing anonomously, so the owner doesnt know you did it.
