I am in the process of moving and my grandmother's dining table did not fare well in the move (a dresser fell on it...). I will try to describe this as best as I can. The table top is fine, no damage done. The legs themselves are not split. But there were pieces of long wood attached to the underside of the table top they linked the legs to the top. They split (some badly). Is there a way to repair split wood reliably? Or is there a way I can attach the table legs to the table top directly without worrying about damage? I realize I could get a cheap new table, but this was my deceased grandmother's table and I spent a lot of time fixing it up before the mishap, so I'd really prefer to just save it. Thanks!

I have a problem tell me if im normal Sometimes i smoke weed but im NOT abusive. I think im responsible. I also drink beer and hard liquor. I smoke Cigarettes and cigars. Ok I just watched You Tube videos on the Golden Globes. (Prompted by comments on the View.) To me, it seems that Angelina isn't necessarily acting mean and cold. It looked more like she was very uncomfortable with Brad being the center of attention and her just being relegated to Trophy girl on his arm. She seemed very upset that it wasn't all about her. This is not the kind of spotlight she is used to. For so long it was all about her, she "trumped" her dates/husbands/brother. Now Brad overshadows her. He is a huge star and I really think that bothered her. What do you think?

Christians comprise somewhere around 90% of our country . But after a few hours on Yahoo, you'd never know it !! And after a few hours of Network News, you'd be convinced that the U.S. was largely an Atheistic Society !! And then don't even dare to talk politics, without a whole parade of Christian Haters blaming the Christians for everything , almost as much as President Bush gets blamed for everything from Hurricanes, Global Warming, the color green, and POP-TARTS .

So, when did it become FASHIONABLE to Hate those who LOVE the Lord ? And doesn't the Bible have something to say in DIRECT relation to this Hate ?
