I will put my question in other words to see if I get better response. I received 2 tickets DUI and Refusal to submit breath test on my New Jersey driver’s license in NJ. I live in Connecticut so after getting DUI (still not convicted) I changed my driver’s license to Connecticut driver’s license. Long story short…in court my DUI charges will be dismissed and I will plead guilty on refusal to submit breath test. Please reply to my following questions. Any reply will be greatly appreciated.


1. Will my conviction of refusal to breath test in NJ have any effect on my CT driver’s license? My DUI charges will be dismissed and I will have only conviction of breath test refusal.

2. Is refusal to submit breath test recorded on driving record? If yes, how long does it stay? Is it better to have refusal on record than DUI?

3. I am a permanent resident (green card holder). Can I go out of country and re-enter during the license suspension period?

My girlfriend is going away next year to college i'm staying here because i'm attending a community college for one more year. I want to see her i want to be with her...but i just feel like it's going to be so difficult. I'm going to be working she's 2 hours away...is this even worth it anymore? Sometimes i just want to be single just to meet other girls at college and hook-up with them. I think about it a lot I feel like a fresh new start might be good for us. We've been dating for almost 3 years. But at the same time when i think about loosing her...and her leaving me i want to cry. I can't bare being without her for more then 3 days how am i going to handle only seeing her once to twice a month? I want to go to the same college as her but my mother forbids me to apply anywhere until after i receive my associates degree. She thinks i'm to much of a "party boy" I want to major in chemistry or physics. Why am I feeling so hurt...I want to go with her...how can i? is there a way??

Here is my situation.....I have this "friend" who I have known since high school. In the early stages of our so called friendship everything appeared "cool" and we would hang out almost on a daily basis but I always had the idea in my head that things were too good to be true. Over time though I started to convince myself that maybe she might be a legit friend. Lately though it seems that the only time we hang is when she needs a favor or a ride somewhere. Im strongly starting to believe now that we are only friends because I have a car and money. Now I'm the type of person that if I feel that someone is being shady then I will call them out on it. The only problem that I have with the "being blunt" tactic is that if I'm wrong then it makes me look like an *** and I destroy a friendship. What is the best way to handle this situation?

My daughter has a circular red "disk" on the back of her leg. It's about 2-3 inches in diameter. It's a perfect circle. It doesn't appear to be swollen but it is raised up ever so slightly from the skin. I considered taking her to the ER but it isn't causing any pain or distress (and she's a complete drama queen). I was thinking it might even be from playing with the vacuum or some sort of suction device like paper towel roll. She doesn't have any recollection of anything happening.

I want a puppy and have done alot of research into Boxers. I love what I hear, but when people say that they are very high energy and playful...does that mean that they don't really ever just lay down and relax much or just lie around in the evenings after the initial excitement passes?

Because I love the "youthful spirit" and have big plans to keep my puppy motivated and active. I don't like lazy/lap dogs but I'm sure I'll just need some downtime too and was looking for advice from other owners.

I receive disability from an injury in Vietnam, but since recent months my problems have become more severe I would like to request an increase in my VA disability. I am nearly deaf and they claim my disability is 10% -- I miss so much since I cannot hear.
