It just started getting worse recently its not a nervous thing but it does get worse when i am nervous ive been told its a tremor but i just want some advice on how do i stop this or tone it down thanks for any answers

I'm moving from LA to NY and I need to send my furnitures, clothing, CDs, computers and personal belongings to NY for storage. Is a moving company necessary or it's better to ship with FedEx? are there any better alternatives. What is the cheapest way?
