When your daughter turns 21, if she is domiciled in the US and if she wants to, she can petition for an immigrant visa for you. Until then, her citizenship has nothing to do with you, and gives you no further rights either to citizenship or a green card.

Honey if your daughter is 16 and a citizen of the US by birth that must mean you have been here for a very long time. If you are over 21 you can apply. Good luck to you

you aways could have applied to get a green card or citizenship if you have a green card, but having a daughter as a u.s citizen does not automatically make you a citizen if you apply.

She when becomes a 18 years or older, she can sponsor you for a family based immigtaion for green card. It typically takes about 7 to 10 years to process. After you get the green card, it takes 5 years for you to become a citizen.
