I don't because they would mean you and the other person would be perfect for each other in every way and perfection doesn't exist.

What if your soul mate lives on the other side of the world. Then you just never meet them. That is why I don't believe in soul mates.

I agree that perfection doesn't exist. However I do believe in soul mates. A soul mate is someone that completes you. Helps you to be a better person. So nether is perfect, but more complete together.

To me, "soulmates" means mates of the same/similar soul. Since noone is perfect, having the same soul doesn't mean perfection. I do believe in soulmates, and I believe you can have more than one.

I definitley do! Being "perfect" for each other doesn't mean you agree on absolutely everything....it means you agree to disagree. Remember, opposites attract.
Hubby & I are soul mates, but we're night & day.

No, I think that human beings are made to love, it comes naturally to us. I think there are numerous people that we are each compatible with. I mean, if you're with your "soul mate" how do you know the guy down the hall from you couldn't be just as much or more for you?

Yes I fell in love with a wonderful and beautiful woman. We both have a great sense of humor, have a lot of compassion for people, love kids, and seem to always be on the same wavelength. And we are just perfect for each other even though I'm certainly not as she accepts me and loves me for who I am as I do her. Our love is unconditional and meant to be so yes we are soulmates.
