I intake about 1200-1300 calories a day, all organic foods; I try to get my fruits and vegetables, drink skim milk, all of that stuff you're supposed to do.
I exercise every day, running, aerobics, yoga, strength training. I lost around 20 lbs in this manner in the first two months, and then it just stopped. I've been at the same weight for the last 3-4 months now, I haven't lost even a single pound.
I desperately want to drop 20-25 more lbs, but nothing is working. I don't know what else there is that I can do. I can't intake any less calories, I think that would be considered unhealthy. And I already exercise for 30-60 minutes a day, sometimes twice a day. What is wrong with my body that is preventing it from dropping the extra weight???
