my temp. went up on monday so does that mean I already ovulated or still am? and is it the days right before the temp. rise that are the most fertile, what about after the temp rise? the ovulation calander says i was fertile tues-fri. so would that mean my temp. should have risen on fri? just trying to pin point when the best days are compared to my temp rising.

On the news, a moment ago, parents and daughter kicked off of plane, because daughter is throwing a fit and screaming. The parents think its the air lines fault. Do you think that these parents are doing more harm than good with this? When are parents going to take responsibility for their children. What do you think this child will be like as a teenager? I think that they better get this child under control right now, before she starts slapping Mom and Dad around. What do you think?

Yahoo violated me for racial slur ??

Whats that about. Who did i slur ??? I used a word in the English language to ask about a film where ther word is used.

Someone, anyone, please explain why that is racist ?

I guess if Yahoo violate this question they are censoring the latin language, boy are we in trouble then.

sure, it would not be acceptable to call a dog this today, i agree that would be racist and insulting.

However, are we now to censor all history and films in case they might offend ?? The word was used. Is it really racist to say a word was once used ? Are we supposed to all deny it ever happened.

If we start re-writing history we are in trouble.

I have been living with my boyfriend for a couple months now, and he goes to school and works part-time. He makes ok money, but doesn't really have enough hours to make a ton of it. The problem is I feel really weird about taking his money and Im not sure why. I think it's because I've supported myself since I was 16 and I almost feel like it's excepting "help" and it bothers me. I wish I didn't feel this way, but I do. I can't really explain it.

I think part of my issue might be that I have to ask for the money, and I hate doing it. Even when he asks how much bills are and so on, I feel weird telling him.

Any suggestions how I can make myself more comfortable with excepting his money for bills?

Personally I think a line should be drawn somewhere, I think hitting your kid is the easy was out and only trains them in violence. I have a 11 year old and have never had to hit him, he's not perfect, but I think has a better mind set than kids that are hit.

My oldest daughter is almost 32 and the youngest is 22. I have 8 adult children and 16 grandchildren, the oldest 17 the youngest 2 mos. My 32 yr. old is ok with it I haven't spoken to the others yet but there was one request my 32 yr.old has is to pls not have another child but that's precisely why I also love this woman she can bare me another baby and my youngest child the 22 yr. old daughter isn't at all happy with any of it. can you list & depreciate fixed assets from prior years (2002) that were previously treated as an exprense? is there a benefit to it? i know nothing about taxes.

ours are done by a professional accountant, but bookkeeping is done in house. while going through our records to see what has been donated, i found several (a LOT) of items that should have been listed, from professional reference books to furniture. most items were listed under supplies expense (office supplies) or training.

the company is an LLC taxed as a partnership.

also, a link or name of a site with a list of depreciable fixed assets would be great if anyone knows of one. that would help me weed this out a little.

What I mean is, is there a statistical calculation that can back up the chances of numbers getting selected? For example, if you have 1-53 numbers, there is one more odd number than even. Also, there are more numbers in the set of 20-29 than 50-53, and so on.

I asked earlier about ideas for solving the health care problem in the USA. Some one suggested a free national health care program.
Free national health care is not free. Currently, health care cost makes up about 17% of the GNP. Current levels of government spending totals about 7% of the GNP.
A national health care plan would increase government spending to 24% of the GNP. That would require a tax rate 4 times higher than the current rate. That doesn't seem like a sensible solution to me.
Anymore thoughts on the issue?
