Before your temp rise is when you are fertile. After the egg is released it lives 6-24hours and then dies. Progesterone begins to be released immediately after the egg is released and prog. is the hormone responsible for the temp rise. Once your temp goes up the egg is dead and gone. The best day to have sex is the day before the temp rise and the day before that.

Normally only one egg is released each time of ovulation
Ovulation can be affected by stress, illness or disruption of normal routines
Some women may experience some light blood spotting during ovulation
Implantation of a fertilized egg normally takes place 6-12 days after ovulation
Each woman is born with millions of immature eggs that are awaiting ovulation to begin
A menstrual period can occur even if ovulation has not occurred
Ovulation can occur even if a menstrual period has not occurred
Some women can feel a bit of pain or aching near the ovaries during ovulation called mittelschmerz, which means "middle pain" in German
If an egg is not fertilized, it disintegrates and is absorbed into the uterine lining

The rise in temperatures can most commonly be seen the day after ovulation, but this varies and BBTs can only be used to estimate ovulation within a three day range.

To more easily determine what days you ovulate, you should try the Clear Blue Easy Ovulation Test. Clearblue Easy Digital Ovulation Test kit accurately detects the increase (surge) of luteinizing hormone in your urine, which usually happens 24 to 36 hours before you ovulate (release an egg). You are at your most fertile the day your LH surge is detected and the day after. If you have intercourse at any time in the next 48 hours, you maximize your chances of becoming pregnant.

Hope this helps!

Wow.. enchanted didn't even attempt to answer your question.

It probably means that you have already ovulated. If your temp was still high on Tue and Today, then you probably ovulated on Sun. You can chart your temp online at Fertilityfriends.com for free and it'll tell you what day you ovulated on. HTH
