We do get our wishes and dreams answered. We just may not like the answer or we don't recognize it.

Well that wouldn't be possible...Cause we would need a cloning machine then...Why?What if many persons want same other person? :)
We but if it would happen,world would be full of happy and eventually bored persons cause we would have nothing to fight for for we would have everything...

The world would be engulfed by complete chaos, even more so than now until it is diminished! This is my opinion, of course.
