The US constitution was created as a document to live and grow along with the country. Has it just become a topic in 8th grade Civics and fodder for lawyers and politicians. We can Pledge Alligence to our flag and the republic for which it stands, we can party hardy every 4th of July and dress our environment all up in red, white and blue. And if some one has a heavy accent we, so called Americans, can feel justified in demanding that "if they can't learn the language, then get the hell out. I'm thinking that if you can't learn the spirit and language of your own constitution and conduct yourself accordingly you don't deserve it and you have no real standing to ***** about ANYONE ELSE. Why are we such a SELF-righteous people expecting others to live up to OUR expectations. Why are we so easily disappointed and ready to take up the role of the downtrodden?

yeah....it sounds really stupid....

there was this guy in the library the other day, we kept looking up a eachother and stuff. he is sooo cute. then he got up, i thought he was going but he came over to me and had a note and it said text me. so i did and we got talking lots, he sounds nice. he asked me to go out today but i backed out cause i'm still not sure. i don't even know him, i doubt it but he could be sort odd....he asked me to go out tomorrow! should i go or not?

other thing is the age difference, i'd say he thinks i'm about 17, everyone tells me i don't look my age.

oh and before you all attack me....don't worry, i wouldn't do anything stupid.

I am going out with a guy who is a year younger than me (been together 6 months). his previous relationships (and ex wife) have all been considerably younger than him (up to 10 years younger) we are both in our mid 30's now.
He and I do not have a very good sex life at the moment as he has a lot of stress due to mid divorse and an ill parent and is not in the mood very often, but he when we are out I often see him looking at younger ladies, and he will often comment on how good they look etc. I am worried that he is not attracted to me in a sexual way as I am older (and bigger) than his previous ladies. he has told me he loves me and is happy he is with an older woman who is more his equal and that he has felt like a father figure in the past, but it is knocking my confidence in him with the lack of sex and his constant eyeing up of younger ladies :-(

went to a church meeting all they talked about was finances, no talk of Jesus, it was really boring, and someone saying what people are doing in the church. no one spoke afterwards. they used to have a soup kitchen which i worked in and enjoyed in but they locked all the doors on suday so people cannot come in. one bloke made a bit of noise, and all the elders got angry. i watched on the God channel a nun got hit but continued working in the soup kitchen. My friend gets angry as well. She says she is thinking of going somewhere else, we both complained about it

A man and his four-year-old son were talking about sxx.

The son asked his father, "Dad, what does a pxssy look like?"

The dad asked him, "Before or after sxx?"

"Ummm, before sxx," the kid replied.

The dad said, "Have you ever seen a beautiful red rose with soft red petals?"

"Yeah," said the son. "Well, what about after sxx?"

His dad replied, "Have you ever seen a bulldog eating mayonnaise?"

My penis is not freakishly large, but it is large enough (9" long, 6 " thick) that both men and women constantly want to have sex with me without caring about my personality. What should I do?

I've written one novel, rewritten it, and started two others. My first novel is part of a series that covers individual patients in a psychiatric hospital, and how they came to end up there. Since I went to college for psychology (grad and undergrad) I am hoping it lends credibility to my writing. The first novel illustrates a man that suffers a brief psychotic episode losing everything he had in a 24 hour period-he even suffers from hallucinations, sharing dialog with a seagull whom he believes is following him. The second novel is about Claire, another resident of the hospital, whom bears a terrifying resemblance to Susan Smith (the american woman who drown her children in a lake then said she was car jacked.) Well, that's what I'm up to. I feel like I have 100 more stories inside and write everyday. I just need a foot in the door with an agent. I have the writers market and am working on a query letter - how do I copyright this as well? Thanks for any advice out there!

In 1999 my son was 16 years old @ the time. He was involved in a minor finder binder. An 80 year old woman actually backed into him in attempt to get into a turning lane. A officer was dispatched. An exchange of information was done. No injuries, no damage to either vehicle. Almost 4 years later, Dec 24, 2003 a civil suit was filed against us. The person actually lied stating my son hit her. Now this person has been deceased for two years but the insurance company continues to come after us. This 80 year old woman had pre-existing medical conditions (the same she claims happened in the accident)... My questions is WHAT IS THE STATUE OF LIMITATION FOR FILING A CIVIL SUIT PERTAINING TO CAR ACCIDENTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA? Also, the plantiff is now deceased and has a probate case pending is this legal, should this civil case be in probate since this person is deceased? Also, she hit my son my son did not hit her. What can we do to stop this unjust civil suit... HELP.......
