I am going to a Bat Mitzvah in May, and I need to have a smaller waistline to get a good dress. So I have 3 months to loose weight, and I don't have time to go to a gym. How do I loose weight??

I seem more depressed and emotional at home and at school I'm nice, fun, and have a lot of friends that like me for me. Also, I get back aches and neck aches and headaches when I'm really stressed out.

Ive been with someone for three years. but recently, ive had HUGE feelings for another person. we get on really well. he's one of those people that i can just talk to for hours and never have to think what to say. i'm 16 now. And i've been with my boyfriend since i was 13. we've kind of grown up together. And we're so close. I love him so much. I mean, i feel so good when im with him. He has cheated on me before, but that was in our first year of being together. But i've never had the thrill of being with someonelse. I've never kissed anyone but him. I've never done anything with anyone but him. My first time was with him.. Thats a big thing to me. I love him so, so much. And i feel so bad about liking someonelse. Also, i talk to this other boy everyday. we're close. have been for months. I havnt told him i like him. But He always tells me how much he likes me. All he ever goes on about is how great we'd be together. I'm just so stuck. Please help me...

I added otha symp. that I have been havin so no its not the same question at all... think I may be prego.My pms isnt due 4 another 4 to 5 days.I went 2 the doc on the 15th & got a blood test & it came back neg.I took a home prego test & it was neg.I been having the followin symptoms:very nausious but has gone down a lot, brests are very tender & seem to be gettin heavier, I have had serious crampin & stomach & back aches rite round my pelvic area & lower back.I am on the lowest aff. bc,I also started the pill 2 days late,on two other pills that pretty much cancel out the bc pill, dont use protection,he pulls out.We have sex about every day or so.Wat r the chances of me bein prego? My body feels diff. to me.Oh yes, & my appitite has gone up A LOT! I'm thinkin I am but I'm not sure. can anyone help please?Another thing, my body just feels achy everywhere,exspecially around my feet & on my legs.Is that another sign of bein prego? I was recently arrested for shoplifting. My friend was caught shoplifting and My boyfriend and I got arrested for KNOWING. I'm a minor [15] my boyfriend is 17 [not considered a minor] Now I can't get my license until I'm 18, and my boyfriend could possibly get convicted for it. But he didnt know anything about it. AT ALL. But he was with us, so they ASSUME he knew. So now I have to testify for him. Has anyone been through this situation? I need some MAJOR advice.

I have two large labs and they have destroyed my back yard. The lawn wasn't very good to start with. I've tried zoysia plugs, they died. I tried over 50 pounds of grass seed, the baby grass didn't stand a chance. The dogs have developed running trails which are complete mud, then the mud gets tracked into the house.
I'm hesitant to sod because it costs so much and I think it will just get destroyed. TIA for any ideas!

This is absolutely true and each time I have had conversations with both Indian men and women they have mentioned how important this is but not why.

With the furore over the Jade Goody/Shilpa Sheety comments I was not overly surprised to see rather backward comments made by Shilpa Shetty's mum in yesterday's Daily Mail when she said that her daughter was not "the real beauty... [as] her sister had a much fairer complexion"....

I'm just fed up with reading how Jade Goody is so racist whilst Indian people are supposed to be so non-discriminatory. They discriminate against each other on the basis of caste and skin shade and use a lot of skin lightening products to lighten their skin [source: I live in a area with an Asian majority and go into Indian shops on a regular basis and their shelves are stacked with the things and people have admitted they use them].

BTW I am an ethnic minority and am looking at this objectively rather than jumping on the "I hate Jade Goody bandwagon"..

I mean if you have been in an exclusive committed relationship for almost three years & going in to the relationship you both defined the parameters, that you wanted to get married eventually, but you knew that there were impeadmnets IE both had young kids, crazy ex's etc. If after being patient (agreeing to wait until after the holidays to tell kids etc) then being patient through unexpected crisis, Ie death in immediate family, marriage of a child, business falling apart, etc. you find that you are still in love but that you seem to be making 90% of the compromising. you are no further towards a wedding date than ever. You do notice tha in the past year he has finally made significant changes to include you and your kids more into his life IE you are now a major part of his older kids lives, have full access, key and open invite to home car office etc. he still drags his feet when it comes to his young child age 11 , not spending time together, it is more like you live separate lives

could someone help again. the battery light comes on ,on the dash panel when driving,have charged the battery but it keeps doing it, also if the battery is low on charge could this have an affect on the power steering,is it linked somewhere to the electrics, or could this still be a dodgy pump, cos it came back on, but goes stiff again every now and then.

I've been feeling suicidal for a while now. I feel better days later as all normal people would like a normal person would. But this has been going on for years now. I thought I would outgrow it as I am 21 now. I know I am still young so I try to shrug it off. I thought it was the big holidays or the darkness but I get much sunlight and I was the happiest man alive in for about two weeks in December and January.

I've been keeping a journal of each time I think about killing myself. In the last week its been twice. The last 4 weeks its been five times.
I was happiest most before moving back to my school's campus. Now that college has started again it feels like everything is hopeless, ect.

I am not too concerned about my problems but I am extremely worried that I'll kill myself when I am feeling down. Am I depressed or is it just in my head or something else? Thank you for reading and answering my question. I went to great lengths to post this anonymously.
