if the matter is only in the ages differences go out... why not... what about ages?

I was in a similar situation once. My advice - ask this guy out or, if you feel like you can't do that yet, get to know him better, talk, and flirt with him. He may not know that you like him back, so give him little signs that you do. Say hi, wave, and give him compliments.
He could also just be a shy guy, so act friendly and try to get him more comfortable around you. But whatever you do, please do something, because if you don't, it is possible that nothing will ever happen (that's what occurred in my case). Don't be afraid to make the first move if you really want this guy. Be brave, and good luck.
