Your best bet is to just watch what you eat. Stay away from junk food, fried food, highly processed foods. Stick with fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. awww, hun, you can't spot reduce fat like that. when you start working out, you'll lose weight proportionally all over your body not in just one area. :( However, you may notice it in those areas more than others because you may just store more FAT there... just do some cardio and start weight lifting. sit ups will not help you lose weight, so don't waste time with those... go for a jog, do some resistance training... eat healthy, your body will take care of the rest. ;)
