I'm 5'10 160 pounds I train with a 30 pound free weight set for each hand, but after the 10th count, I feel that I want to vomit! even before my muscle get tired. and I did vomit at one point. Is that good or bad?

The good thing is that my arms, nick, and stomach all responded very well and pumped up very quickly in just two weeks. (I used dietary supplement only) but I'm getting so used to the 30 pound. So should I buy more weight plates in order to get better result? or should I do more count.

I can't afford to keep buying weight plates because they are expensive, and I'm just a student

I'm going to Hawaii for Spring Break and I'm curious as to what I should pack. You always get to a vacation spot and wish you'd thought to pack something, but there's no way you could have known to pack it unless you've been there before. Is there anything like that? I cannot WAIT. And I want to live it up as much as I can while I'm there. =)

They finished 13-3, have home field throughout the playoffs, knocked out the DEFENDING NFC champs Seahawks in their first game, have one of the top defenses in the league, and folks are STILL saying the Saints are going to demolish them! SAY WHAT? The Saints may have a good offense and be the league's feel good story, but the so called experts are talking like this team is invincible! My parakeet is about 8 months old and is now tame. I have tried ever since I have got him to eat foods other than seeds and he just will not do it. I have read that dipping the food in seeds will get them used to it and will ease them into eating other foods, but it did not work.

Obviously, there are a lot of considerations that go into choosing a database, but thought I might get some tips from you guys.

I'm building a fun data-centric web site. I need a database to store large chunks of text (say 1-5 paragraphs) that people will enter and read online. The catch is that I'm just one person with little to no money to spend and I don't really need an 'enterprise' solution. Not that I expect my web site to be popular, but I guess you never know, so scalability might be a plus as well. And I don't want to be hacked either, so I think security is a concern but not a huge one.

I considered sql server express 2005 ... but I'm not sure about the licensing and putting it on the web?

My blood pressure has been pretty low lately too for some reason. Every time I look up while standing I get so terribly dizzy, it's awful. I'm 40 years old, female and I have always had great blood pressure. But for some reason now, it's low and these dizzy spells are becoming more frequent, more intense and longer lasting. Also, my pulse runs anywhere from 100 to 115 lately too.
