My blood pressure has been pretty low lately too for some reason. Every time I look up while standing I get so terribly dizzy, it's awful. I'm 40 years old, female and I have always had great blood pressure. But for some reason now, it's low and these dizzy spells are becoming more frequent, more intense and longer lasting. Also, my pulse runs anywhere from 100 to 115 lately too.

Why is t your question in "Heart Disease" category? Do you KNOW for sure that your dizzy spells are related to a heart condition?

If not, then I'm thinking you may be anemic. A blood test will determine this and treatment in the form of iron tablets or Iron infusions will put this right.

I hope your problem is that simple to fix.

However, if it IS related to a heart condition, I'm sorry i don't know what you could do about it, but do ask your specialist.

Have you seen a doc? High pulse coupled with low blood pressure concerns me.

I used to find that just drinking enough water each day keeps my blood pressure at a decent rate to avoid feeling dizzy.

Check out the treatment in the link below and go see a doc.

Get checked by a doctor.
You may have postural hypotension.

Try sitting with very erect posture for about 30 seconds before rising from bed or from a chair.

You need a doctor's help. There are many reasons why this could be happening and those things causing it have the potential to be serious. In the meantime, stay well hydrated and change position slowly.

Seems to me that your body is lacking something it needs. If you changed your diet , I would look into what what you no longer have an in-take... Im sure its just a simple problem that has something to do with the lack of some food the body needs.
