Make sure her family and social services know that somebody needs to find her somewhere to go. Be supportive from a distance and don't let anybody make you feel guilty. She's not your responsibility. It would be bad enough having any ex stay with you, but one who's sick would put an unreasonable amount of pressure on both of you.

People cannot help that they suffer from a mental illness. But it is not your responsibility to "take care of her." The facility's social services should be assisting her to find an appropriate place to live, which could also mean a job placement.

Just make sure that her counselor or service coordinator is aware that your home is not an option!

Talk to the institution, about finding her a halfwayhome, (it's a place where poeple stay under supervision, untill they are able to live on there own). Also since she is your ex, you are not responcible for housing her.

Contact her family and get them involved so they can help take care of her. It is nice of you to be concerned about your "ex". Sounds like you are a nice guy. Good luck.

If she has no family to take her, there should be halfway houses or group homes for her. She should have a case worker to help her adjust to being back in society.

There are county and state facilities that will help her, call county social services and they will direct you, that is if she does attempts to revisit the relationship again. Otherwise stay away.

You could move to another state!
You aren't really giving enough info on the situation to get more advice. Why can't she stay with you? What is the situation? Had she been living with you? What's the deal?

You need to talk to her doctor and explain your concerns. Have him help you come up with the right way to tell him or her. Maybe he could even sit down with the two of you but don't just tell her yourself. It could really mess him or her up.

your " EX " and she can't stay with you. what can you do?

this makes no sense what so ever.

first off, she's your ex...why would she stay with you. next, why would you want to do anything? she's your ex.

type more than you think so people can understand what you seek.
