They finished 13-3, have home field throughout the playoffs, knocked out the DEFENDING NFC champs Seahawks in their first game, have one of the top defenses in the league, and folks are STILL saying the Saints are going to demolish them! SAY WHAT? The Saints may have a good offense and be the league's feel good story, but the so called experts are talking like this team is invincible! They do have SIX losses you know, so they CAN be beaten! Jesus, let's give Da Bears a little credit and respect here! They will trash the Saints 38-20! You can book it!

Love it...and totally agree...do you really think a rookie head coach, with rookies in key spots and a QB in his 1st year with the team are going to come into soliders field and beat the BEARS? Really? Not going to happen, the Bears have been building for this year since they brought in Lovie Smith...the best coach in the NFL this year...Last year they had the team but not the motovation or experence..this year it's on like Donkey Kong...I could care less about the "feel good" story of the year...Bears by 10...Bears 31 Saints 21...feeling like 85 all over again!

Notice the bookies and vegas line still favors the Bears...wonder why?

Because the people who say Grossman can't play forget that he had 7 games with a QB rating over 100, something only 1 other QB did this season. When the Bears establish the run early Grossman generally has a very good game. That is likely what will happen this Sunday. People want to like the Saints because of Reggie Bush and the fact they are a feel good story. If the Bears wqeren't missing Tommie Harris on the D-line I'd say the Saints wouldn't get 14, as it is I don't see the Saints scoring more than 20 and that won't be enough against the Bears run game and big play offense.

To tell you the truth, I love this stuff.
You know the Bears watch Sportscenter and NFL Live. All these guys are picking the U.S. Saints. I think its gonna be fuel for the Bears to step up and rob the country of the cinderella story it wants.
Rex was good last week (better than Peyton and Brady. Granted against a worse defense, but you play your opponent the best you can).
The defense had key stops when they had to.
Pro-bowl kicker.
X factor is still Hester.
US Saints 24- BEARS! 27

I totally agree with you, DA BEARS deserve more respect then they are getting. Your prediction was close (39,14). I think when Reggie Bush taunted the Bears, this sealed the deal. Little did he know that would be his last touch down of the game, they didn't even get a field goal. The Bears will now go beat the Colts, and then and only then will they receive the respect they deserve.

You know...the 06 bears are one of those teams that you just don't feel quite comfortable betting on. As I am not a gambler at all, the Bears are somewhat of an undefined team! Defense is great at times and them sometimes mediocre. Grossman is young and still very much learning and it shows! But yet they win games! Don't' be surprised if even with a Superbowl ring its not until the Bears go deep into the playoffs next year until you see the sports world show them their respect.
And don't forget this! A few years back it was thought that because of free agency, a dynasty emerging out of pro-football was going to be close to impossible. But here we have the Patriots who have done just that, with the colts on their heels wanting a taste of Superbowl fame! These teams have effectively raised the bar, not just on winning, but with team loyalty and coaching!
If 'Da Bears' can win "Da Show"....more than once...they got my props too!

You know the"media" has knocked the bears forever. I feel even if we win tomorrow and win the the Superbowl they will still find some petty crap to talk about the Bears. I really hope they come out and trounce the Saints!!!! Maybe that will shut them up for a few hours.

As a Saints fan, and being from New Orleans, I really do not have much for the Bears. I think they are lacking in several key areas, which our coach will exploit to his full advantage.
What I do have respect for is Soldier Field, and that damn mid-western cold winter.
No matter what happens, I am grate full for our team to have enjoyed so much success.
Down here, we like bears too...in our jambalaya. But the dirty buggers have worms, so you have to cook 'em well.

As my Dad consistently mentioned, "do no longer count quantity your eggs 'til they hatch"! L@@ok on the Patriots...they disrespected MY liked Chargers whilst they (Patriots) gained, and now the Colts took over the day previous. it extremely is KARMA AT ITS terrific!!! As for the Saints (my 2d decision), i'm truly disillusioned to work out a collection who's long previous by a lot, no longer make it to the SuperBowl. :( by skill of ways, Bears did no longer "airborne dirt and dirt" the Chargers! The Bears have been counting their fortunate stars they did no longer could desire to play the San Diego great Chargers! understand? Ladamian Tomlinson has earned the main understand, as he's voted the main good soccer participant obtainable standard, even by skill of different communities & their followers! No dancing interior the top zone mandatory for this class-act guy!

Uh sorry but they get no respect because they have an inconsistant QB and their defense didnt play as good toward the end of the season, they had the 32nd ranked schedule difficulty, and the Seahawks shouldnt have made it past the Cowboys with their crappy secondary...that is why they will lose to the Saints tomorrow, sorry guy...

THANK YOU !!! now let us pray

Our Pappa,
Who art a Bear
Hallowed be thy fame,
Thy Championship come
Thy play be run,
At home as it is away,
Give us this day our Sunday win,
and Forgive us of our turnovers
Though we pounce on those who turnover against us,
Lead us not into fourth and long
but deliver us from Bad Rex,
In the name of Ditka
Butkus
and the Holy Payton
As it was in 86
so shall it be in 07
REIGN WITHOUT END
DaMen

GO BEARS
