I'm 5'10 160 pounds I train with a 30 pound free weight set for each hand, but after the 10th count, I feel that I want to vomit! even before my muscle get tired. and I did vomit at one point. Is that good or bad?

The good thing is that my arms, nick, and stomach all responded very well and pumped up very quickly in just two weeks. (I used dietary supplement only) but I'm getting so used to the 30 pound. So should I buy more weight plates in order to get better result? or should I do more count.

I can't afford to keep buying weight plates because they are expensive, and I'm just a student
Thanks a lot.

It's definatly worth buying the extra plates, and you don't need all that many. 5's, 10's 25's and 45's are all you need and it won't run you for all that much. As for the vomiting, all the better man. Ask any hardcore bodybuilder and they would pat you on the back. Puking after a workout is the ulimate satisfaction because you know that you pushed yourself to the absolute limit. But I'm not sure your going about lifing the right way, email me your routine if you want and I'll check over it, because you might be headed towards an injury if you're doing what i think you are doing.

naturally when you first start lifting you feel a little sick but diet well and drink plenty of water you should be ok. If you are trying to get big you need to lift heavy if you saty at the same weight you will not see any gain you may get cut but not get bigger and the heavier the weights the less reps
