Who determines what is and is not a violation?

I received an email that my question was deleted because it was a violation and I have no idea why. I simply asked what the terms "cookie, cracker, biscuit" mean in different places that posters may be from. I asked because I am from Texas where a biscuit means a fluffy dough thing and I went to India where they call all cookies and some crackers biscuits. I was wondering where else this is common.

Here is the email I received. Can anyone tell me who determines this and what I can do to respond since obviously someone is just trying to mess with me:

She has never been to a hairdressers in her life and always cuts her own hair.She won't let any1 touch and she always makes mistakes. Once she cut off about 7in by accident 'cos my dad opened the door while she was usin the scissors tryin to cut 1 in off. lol. Right now she is 5ft 11 in and her hair is down to her knees except for 1 side which i explained. she wants to have it shoulder length and is probably gonna do it on 2morro so plz be quick with the tips.

Where Alton Brown took an ordinary cake and frosting and made the cake look like a master piece with a fork I believe? I don't remember remember exactly... But I think he took a fork and some frosting bought from the store and made the cake look spikey at first.. then a wacky looking design next. Can someone refresh my memory?

I need to know how he did it or what episode it was... I need to do a demonstration on it this monday.. lol :-\

For a biology project, I need to research the public opinion on cloning.

He doesn't let them know hes married and lets them know nothing of his life with me. I am 12 years older than him but don't look it. It makes me feel very unsure of myself. I'm 15 years old and im not sure if im bi. this past week it seems like there have been alot of fate-like coincedenses telling me im bi.here are some things to let you know about my personality.im an anime fan, serios gamer, computer geek, i like helping people, i am really open-minded, and i have quite a bit of friends(only about 10 real ones). i think i like my friend who im pretty sure is bisexual, but not sure cause i really like girls. now here are the problems. im fairly popular in school so word would get out pretty quick, my high school is super homophobic so your basically signing a deathwish if you have anything to do with it, so is my house, also my gf would freak.

i walk down the hallway and look at both sexes(girls more) and i wonder. i'm not depressed or suicidal about it, i just wanna know what i should do. please help(teens(well, adults can help too)).

im on limewire all the time and its great when it works . i have a laptop so it can get complicated sometimes.but sometimes the bars in the far bottom left hand corner say the conection has one 2 or NO bars but when i check the conectionfor my laptop it says there full but there not and i want to know if theres an easyer way to get those bars full without waiting aroun for who knows how long .
