Right now I am on 40 mg and was wondering if the symptoms of anxiety lessen with a decreased dosage. I am also taking 100mg of Lamictal, 0.5mg Klonopin, 900 mg of Lithium, and 10mg of Ambien.

When i was little, i fell asleep in a common area, and when i woke up, i "saw" these beings they were rubbery and bending left to right at the waist, very unhumanlike ...they washed our main window, they had werid smiles on their faces, and tried to speak to me...I wanted to know if there were any other expiriences like that

imagine an average intelligent guy sits on his porch one morning and has an epiphany. with enough time history is made, legends are born, myths are believed and beliefs grow into soild fact. if i had to tell a storie about the creation of the world, the reasons for doing that and how it will end. wat if people believed me and two thousand years passed. i would have created a belief, the people who followed me the history, the acts done in my name the legends and myths supplied by the non believers. would it be at all possible that this might have happened already. you believe wat your parents and
society raised you with. all religions and people are the same. they just heard different versions of someones story. but being as selfish and power hungry as we are, it was changed to suite our individual desires. but was it really nesassary to place all our hopes on a great business concept. i geuss wat im really asking is, who does not believe that religion was such a great idea?

A Scotsman , Englishman and an Irishman go on a trek across the Sahara Desert, they can take one item each. The Scotsman take a rifle, the Englishman an umbrells and the Irishman a car door. When asked why these the Scotsman replies if we see some animals I can shoot it for food also if we get attacked I can defend us. The Englishman replies if the sun is to hot I can put it up to shelter us and if it rains I can turn it upside down to collect water. I volunteered myself to make a chocolate sheet cake for a birthday and I have no idea how to go about it. I can bake and am pretty decent at it but not in such large amounts.

I have the sheet pan but no recipie. I have looked all over the internet and can only find the recipie for a Texas sheet cake, which is not what I want to make. Just a run of the mill, good ole chocolate cake.

The frosting is no problem I can do that, but as far as a recipe goes I need some helllp!!!
