How should i tell my new employer that i am pregnant and when?

Depends on the state, most states you aren't eligible for maternity leave until you have been with the company for 1 year but check with your state on the Family Medical Leave Act and see what the qualifications are

I would tell them asap, so if you need to leave work for your multiple appointments, theyll be ok with it. and then you can find out about the leave, too.
