If the price of a barrel of oil is down more than $2.00.....?

and is at a 19 month low,,,,,Why hasn't the price we pay for gasoline gone down??? Are we just getting screwed by the oil
companies,,,,as usual.

well in a small way yes. But the gas prices HAVE gone down. However you are not seeing it because the brilliant commiecrats in DC wants to tax the bejesus out of big oil and this higher gas taxes is one answer in an all around plot to get their QUEEN into 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in 08.

Oh yes Oil will keep dropping too.
