i want to lose about 5 lbs., and i need to lose 20 min. weight lifting. I drink an 8 oz. whey protein shake everyday to help with the muscle. is this enough exercise to drink the shake or will it make me gain weight-which i don't want to do?????

I have a gateway laptop with 512mg ram(2x 256mg), my system is a cx200s tablet pc, and i would like some info on picking the type of ram fo my system. gateway told me my system uses "ddr2 sodimm 533mhz " and i am looking to get a 1gig card, so @ some point i can expand to 2gig.

Gateway wont tell me much, because they want me to buy from them. os if you know much about this ind of thing, please help me out..

If I tell her she is controlling she flips out. She tells me " Be a man and make dicisions,but when I do she yells at me telling me how stupid my dicision was and makes me suffer for it. So I just relinquish the dicision makeing power to her to save me the hassel and harassment. Nothing I say has any merrit. when she does that she has taken my validity as a husband and father away because it rolls over the the parenting as well . My 6 year old daughters have been repeatedly enforced to think that what I say does not matter. It has made our house very difficult for me to be in. However I love them all. They are my life and will never leave . But how do I cope. Also I do all the cleaning, laundry and dishes. my wife will not clean or get rid of mountains of clutter that has sat for over 3 years. she tells me I am OCD and anal and that cleaning up is the lowest priority then finds somyhing else to do leaving it up to me to at least get some of it done. I am at the bottom of the food chain

i have 3 partitions one has windows, one is a backup partition that i dont want to screw up and one is an ubuntu partition that i want to have all my stuff for that onperating system on please help becasue i dont know what to mount the windows and the backup partition without doing anything to it, and i think i should mount the ubuntu pation as / because i want to install it there but i am still not sure.

I'm not talking about a needy, clingy man who sends you flowers every day and calls every 15 minutes. I'm talking about a true gentleman . . . confident, honest, healthy, respectful, successful, and romantic. Men like that have been all but banished in American society, because most women see them as being "boring", and go out of their way to hurt them and take them for granted.

Chivalry? Forget about it. If you open a door for a woman, she'll slap your face. Grab a woman that you don't even know and slap her on the backside? She'll think you're the sexiest bad boy alive.

Then women whine about how they can't find a good man. A bit hypocritical, don't you think?
