I say homeschool... I wish I didnt work so much so I could homeschool my children. There isnt the "drama" and "bullies" in home school. Plus, you can learn at your own pace which is very rewarding. It also helps the relationship between parents and there kids because they get a lot of interaction with them.

I get so mad while men and women suppose homeschoolers don't have any social existence. Because in the event you desire to have a social existence, you'll, it doesn't matter what tuition you pass to. I'm a junior in top tuition and I've been homeschooled on account that moment grade, and I would not exchange my revel in for something. I'm side of a institution in Lexington KY for high school homeschoolers. There are approximately 2 hundred pupils within the institution. We have events and get togethers. We even have practically each and every sort of sporting activities workforce. And our football workforce is even 3rd within the country. We have a tuition commute each and every 12 months, and we actually have a promenade. So relatively, I'm now not lacking any of the social detail of high school. Yea, I have an additional social existence, however I do have one. And additionally, you'll get a miles bigger schooling whilst you are not in a category with 20 or extra different children in it. And this manner you'll gain knowledge of the way you suppose you gain knowledge of the first-rate, rather of the way the federal government thinks you gain knowledge of the first-rate. Because the men and women who make a decision how you're going to gain knowledge of do not even realize you, and don't have any clue what the first-rate method so that you can gain knowledge of is. So, Homeschooling without doubt is awsome...

High school is soposed to be the best 4 years of your life. You'd be able to go cheer your school on at Football games. Even though you learn faster in homeschooling, public school teaches you about the real world. Like having to interact with people older than you.

I think that the public interaction is a big part of the reason I would choose public over home schooling . You will be dealing with a wide variety of people in public school much as you will for the rest of your life. It's important to know how to deal with various people and obtain some street smarts while your at it. Also I think it would be difficult to obtain hands on experience at home such as you may in biology class at school , since most of us don't have the equipment at home for this. This would be the case in many instances . Home school may have some advantages and I'm not discounting those , I would lean toward public schooling in my own opinion is what I"m saying . Good luck in either choice you make !!

You should really give up the idea of homeschool I was home schooled for about a year and a half and I hated it. Well it wasn't my choice and rather would have been in school. Public...Private it don't matter go to school especially your high school years. I can't tell you its the best time of your life since I'm still in high school but it sure is the best time so far. Be social go to school **** homeschool!!!

I favor public school. I believe that interacting with people of your age group helps in a lot of ways. In my opinion homeschooling is only good if the public schooling in the area is full of gangs and drugs.

If you've already gone to public school and don't like it, then try home schooling. But you probably won't be able to do school activities or anything, or dances and proms and stuff. I never cared about that sort of stuff, but I did like Art club.
I just think it messes kids up to have been homeschooled their whole lives, and be sheltered from other kids. They don't know how to socially interact if they just are 'protected' from other influences. It's like they don't know how to act around other people except their family.

I think it would be sort of cool to be homeschooled because then you could get finished early and do what ever you want but you would have nobody to hang out with. High school is a good expeirence for the real world it is your choice i would choose public school

It dependson what your situation is at home. There are controversies over home schoolers, mostly because of the lack of interaction, becoming involved in the mainstream of society. I believe, personally, that it can indeed be achieved via home school. If it works for you, then do it. If you get to a point where you don't believe you're benefiting from it, you can always jump back in to the public school system.
Remember, Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
