Gone to bed earlier and not booked such a stupidly early time in the first place?

The number of times I have made appointments in the early morning (to me anyway) and missed them, as I cannot sleep early, are too numerous to mention and I have invented really classy excuses why I can't turn up. Learn to make them in the afternoon like me, who is so very lazy I hate getting up even if I was really ill.

It depends why you going there for the first place! Do you have to go to work afterwards? If so ask for a certificate to have the day off work and sleep when you get home :)

Maybe, but you can handle it! Best to get there early instead of having to wait for a long time.

you can tell him insomnia is also a symptom...and youll have the bags under yr eyes to prove it..itll only work if you go to bed and wake up again tho cos if you stay up all night and go youll look strangely refreshed!!

Oh well, at least if you make it on time, you'll look sufficiently ill to get a sick note.
