I think the first step would be to stop trying to contact her. And then maybe realize that you'll never ever meet her.

What I can say is; I know how you feel. I have a crush on a celebrity; and I have for a while. Try to get you're mind off off her. It only makes you feel worse when they are dating someone else. Celebrities aren't that wonderful. It's hard to believe but it's true. They are people too. Sorry I can't help you contact her.

You don't contact her, because then you would become a stalker. Go to Hollywood, become famous, then you "might" have a chance. I suggest just trying to get over her.
