I was having this argument with a friend of mine today, I was saying I want to fight for animal rights one day. If I ever have the chance that is... Then she said if I love animals so much, why am I still eating meat?

So that got me thinking... Does being an animal activist means you have to become a vegetarian too??? Do animal activists all over the world still take meat???

Please help me clarify this!!!

Oh and what does an animal activist really do anyway? What do they do to help the animals? How do one start off?

Please don't say be with friends...my so called 'best friend' hasn't been there what so ever, so can't relie on them really. My monitor went out on me so I am trying to use the s-cable feature on my HP pavillion a 1320n pc useing windows xp with my Philips tv. But upon hooking it up the image on my tv is black and white a little out of phocus and flickers. I went into the advance settings but I had no luck with that. How do I make my mystery snails shell the healthiest? Please don't just say "feed them green beans" please say something like "freed them green beans, First boil them then cool them off with cold water and then drop 1-2 in."
