To be honest, not necessirily. Some individuals have the tendency just to tag their sentences with polite sweet nothings like dear, sweetie, honey, babes.
If you wanna know if he likes you, look at other signs such as body language, gestures basically non verbal communication. Words get thrown so loosely these days.

Yea they like you that is why they are calling you "honey" or "dear". But then "honey" and "dear" are words of endearment that are used very openly, I would say to look for other signs.

'like' may be a strong word for just calling you honey but it does indicate that the person is 'fond' of you !
