I am getting a tubal on Tuesday of next week and they are going to put me under. I am a little nervous because I have never been put to sleep before. Could someone please tell me what it is like? I have heard that people sometimes still feel the doctors performing the surgery even though they are asleep. Is this true? Should I be scared?

It was running fine - only had it since August, all fluids topped up regularly. One day in the Walmart parking lot, when I started it, the whole vehicle rumbled!!! The check engine light started flighing... I'm looking for advice here -- I drove it to Canadian Tire [it was the closest mechanic and I was worried about damaging the engine!] -
THEY - said it was a midfire on cylinder 3. They did a full tune up [original spark plugs], did the fuel filter, and oil change, reset the codes and said it was fixed. 4 kms later -- the check engine light flashing and now it is a multiple cylinder misfire [instead of the cylinder 3 random misfire] -- any ideas? It is driving ok, the check engine light flashes once in a while, especially when I go over 40Kms. They did clear the code and put in fuel injector cleaner, and told me to drive it for a few miles and see what happens. Should I find a new mechanic [does thie sound right?], and any ideas what could cause it? Chevy Blazer 2003 4X4 thanks :(

Ok. I have this guy. Who is now the father of my child. We have been in a relationship for over four years. He is currently in jail for child support for other kids of his. I had to go pick up his belongings because he transfered jails. At first I didn't look super close in his stuff. It was mainly all the letters I wrote. Then he asked me to look for a magazine reciept in his stuff. I had to look through all the envelopes. In between my letters were a couple of girls address. To be exact:the return addresses were ripped out and girls name was under the address. Nicole and Angie. Then he recieved a letter from a woman whom I know very well. She was this woman he tried to scam when we first met. Maybe that's too much info. Anyway he kept the letter.
He called back for the magazine info. I then proceeded to yell. He was saying the girls addresses where for men. He proceeded to blatently to lie about the letter. He wrote me and said stop writing get childsupport.

What would you say, how does this make you feel? I keep a very clean house. Im a SAHM and I have a 3 year old. He presented me this list last night at dinner:

Daily:

Wipe down counter tops and bars
Wipe down sinks
Windex tables and end tables
Clothes laundered and put away
Beds made
Straighten couch
Bathroom vanity tops and sinks wiped down
Clean soap dishes
Clean bathroom mirrors
Shower wiped down and squeegeed
Refrigerator stocked and organized
Vacuum floors upstairs and down
Vacuum stairs

Weekly

Clean microwave
Full dusting
Doors windexed
Clean toilets, tubs and floors
Mop with cold water
Fabreeze
Wipe down cabinets
Car washed

Monthly

Wipe down refrigerator
Wipe down silk plants
Reorganize closets


So what are your thoughts on this? I feel hurt, frustrated, and a little angry!

I would like to thank you in advance for your insite. Ok here is what is going on. Since about september When my periods are due, all I get is some brown spotting, and some pink. Not enough to really mess with. Anyways, I have been experencing some odd things. For example, along with the spotting, I have constant nausea, light headed, head aches, upset stomach, my cloths are getting tight around the waist( no where else just my waist) it seems like I always want to sleep. I have been pregnant before, and I have never gone through this before. Anyways I am just kinda worried about taking a pregnancy test, because of the monthy miss haps.
The spotting is not what I experence during my period. I go to the doctor and they dont do anything. Just look at me and ask questions. No tests or anything. If anyone might have some kind of an idea of what I should do. Please help me. We have been trying for a long time to have a baby. Thank you.

i have never had a bf and i see all of these girls with bf and in movies everyone is so happy. sometimes i cry about it wondering if it's me or not. maybe something is wrong with me. i'm kinda not pin needle skinny but i like to say more to love but many of my friends have body types like that and have boyfriends and have already lost their virginity. i don't want a bf just to lose my virginity but i just want to be held and kissed and sang to. i sometimes consider surgery bc it would pay for the whole thing but sometimes i like myself just the way i am. maybe it is me or maybe not...Can anyone help me?

Okay lets say i had head and neck cancer. and ive had only one symptom for a year now. (no worse no better) doctors ruled out throat cancer with larygscopy. would my symptoms have gotten worse or presented more symptoms by now? or would i still feel okay besides the one symptom that i have
