have u had a paranormal experience?

see a ghost? u.f.o.?, things are going on in my home , just want to know if anybody else experienced the same.

Yes. I have experienced 'old hag syndrome', it is the most scariest thing ever! One night, I was in bed when the lights on the wall flickered for a few seconds, then they went out completely. All of a sudden I felt this over-whelming heavy weight push me down on the bed so tight, I could not breathe, scream or even move. It only lasted for about 10 seconds, but it was so scary and frightening I didn't sleep in my room for about 2 weeks. the most amazing thing about this whole experience is my newborn daughter was asleep in the bed with me: when I recovered from this experience I looked at her and she seemed fine: she was still asleep and seemed undisturbed. No I was not asleep, and no I did not imagine this. I have talked with other people about this experience and apparently it is very common.

In the same house, we used to hear footsteps down the hall way. At first I thought it was my sister, but she thought it was me! I'm saying to her "Man, I heard you go up and down the hall way all night,, what was your problem?" She looked at me and said "Nah, I thought that it was you going up and down the hall way", It became too much to bear, the longer we were there,the more stranger things were becoming so when the owners put the house on the market it sold really quick and the new owners wanted to move in! I let them! I've never back to find out whether all the strange things kept happening or not.

i've seen ghosts and been pushed off the top bunk once. i think i saw a ufo once but i dunno it could have just been a really REALLY quiet plane flying low
