I'm a walker and have very large well defined calfs, which is fine, except that i can't wear short skirts and heals. What exercises can I do to make them more femenine?

If you want to tone up your upper leg muscles, climb stairs, squats or lunges.

you could do some squats, or not walk as much. i have defined, large calf muscles also, so i just tone down my leg work outs for a few weeks then work em outagain for awhile.

Exercise builds muscle. You have defined muscles because you walk and exercise. If you exercise more the muscles will get firmer and more defined.
