My daughter went shopping with her schoolmate at a department store. Her schoolmate was caught shoplifting. Store security insisted my daughter knew about the steal because she was chatting with the other girl and smiling at the time. He took picture of my daughter, and told her never to step into the store again. We feel she is assumed guity by association, and want to appeal to the store, but not sure how we should proceed. We appreciate any comments.

It seems that I have to work twice as hard as everyone else to stay organized at work! I make lists and have a place for everything so I can stay on top of my work load.
But sadly, as soon as things start to heat up and get stressful I am making mistakes. Sometimes obvious mistakes! How do I stay in control and not get flustered when I am in a stressful situation???
The ADD has always made it difficult for me to succeed at a job or go to school! Now I have a job I love and I use so much energy just trying to stay at required performance!
I know that many people with ADD have successful careers, but I haven't figured out HOW!!!
I do take Ritalin, and it helps A LOT! But I also understand that I need to learn skills to compensate for the ADD.
Please Help!!!

I have a friend whose personality has changed one hundred percent. If I had just met her today, I don't think I would be friends with her. She went through a divorce about 2 years ago and came out of it a different person. She has turned into a drinker, something she never did before, and she picks up guys in bars. How do I handle this. Our friendship is really being affected by this. Can someone please give me some advice that is honest?

i wouldnt say that i get mad about "nothing"....but i do tend to yell alot or in other words get frustrated very easily...i have been hurt emotionally since i was younger...my mother married a man who showed us nothing but anger, sarcasm, and abuse (mostly verbal)...i see his actions within my self mainly anger wise...i am currently dating a man for 5 years roughly, and i get mad and take it out on him.,,,in general i am not a happy person! i am always walking around angry...i need to know how i can change this outlook on life or just stop myself before i blow up on people,,,i need some techniques...help!!!!!!! please.....

Am i in the wrong job, here in a little town in the west midlands,we have a councilor who is being given early retirement, she only as 18 months to go before she would have retired anyway, but the local council as decided that due to poor performances by the council and person concerned being the leader of that council, it was decided to give her early retirement with an enhanced pension and a payoff of £75.000. This surly is the gravy train, for councilors at our expense..I myself can't afford to pay towards a pension, yet 28% of my council tax goes to pay for councilors pensions, and their fat redundancy payoffs....I will now drop out of work and get on the gravy train, while i claim unemployment benifits and all that goes with it, no council tax to pay, just to know that i will not be contributing to these parasite councillors pensions
will add another 10 years to my life.. A nearby council (Cheltenham) have voted an allowance for all their councillors to have a makeover Its true..

On Saturday the 6th I started spotting lite Brown and it ended Sunday. I have been feeling funny my period is due the 12th tomorrow. I had sex last night and right after spotted again now nothing. I've found this to be the strategy to avoid punishment by God. Occasionally he catches me before I have the chance to act. I guess it is because of sloth that he beats me to it. Sometimes it is because I have a client though.

I noticed a lot of people get their spelling criticised on answers, and are told to use spell check. However, unless you have some idea how the word is spelt, the checker won't pick it up and correct you.
I would much rather someone go ahead and ask the question, with spelling mistakes, than make them feel intimidated by the remarks and stay away.
The more they ask questions the better their spelling will get.

What's more, I'm not being a patronising c*w!

QUESTION, should we point out spelling mistakes?

I always had that ''fantasy'' [lol, i am kind of ashame right now..] of kissing some1 under the rain, and i had a lot of relationships with boys but everytime i tried to kiss them like that something is happening and we never kiss each other eventually...Why that is happening? i find it rediculus...I know you will propably think that is funny [lol] but it is not. My dog is in heat and keeps getting loose. I called the vet to get her spayed. It is going to cost upwards of $200. We have had some medical expenses and I cannot afford this. They told me they would not let me make payments and I had to get it done within the week or I have to wait and let her have puppies. I still have three of the last litter she had. I have tried to find her a new home where she can be taken care of but no one wants her. The pound is so full that she will be put down within hours and the shelter only takes abused animals. I have called everyone and explored every option. I don't know what to do. I love my dog but I can't afford to spay her right now and I can't afford to let her have puppies. I am sitting her crying because I don't want to have her put down. What can I do?

and we have noticed that when we take the foot off the brake pedal the car does not''pull'' forward, as do all other automatics, infact we have to press quite hard on the gas pedal for the car to begin moving,...once the car is driving though there seems to be no problems with the changing of gears,..only when pulling off from a stopped position.
does anyone know what may seem to be the problem, or can offer any advice ?
