No, it does not kill brain cells. And it does nothing bad to your brain. I no longer smoke but smoked it for many years and I am fine. Recent studies have even proved that it will not cause lung cancer and it may also hold the key to solving Alzheimer's disease. It is bad to drive or operate machinery while smoking or high but no, there is nothing wrong with it. It is illegal because the govt. cannot tax it because people would just grow their own instead of buying it.

Smoking pot does kill brain cells. But not retarded. The stupid part comes when you continue to smoke it
