They send you tools to test, then you answer a questionnaire and keep the tools free. There's a monthly fee of $1 and it will be billed annually ($12/year). Also, they give you 3 free gifts to start and a magazine subscription. They say you can cancel at any time during your first year without problems. They will leave you alone after that. I don't know what happens in the second year (fees go up, can't cancel without a fee, etc.) I'm trying to figure out what the catch is. Any ideas?

It would be common sense to make a plane out of the black box material, (the black box being in-destructable) That way if the plane crashed or collided with another object, the plane wouldnt break and the people would only suffer whiplash. (Better than Dying).

When i open the removable disk from 'my computer' a small application appears in the folder. its icon is of a normal folder and its properties defines it as an application with exe type... if i double click it, it opens my documents in a new window.... WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?

Need help with a break up: My gf of 2 years said she needed space on the 1st, she said that she wants to ...
continue to date me, but doesn't want to say if we are still together or broken up when I ask her directly. She said she wants to limit communications and only go out once a week and see where it goes. She told me she is not sure what she wants. Yet she told her best friend that we were still together just taking things slow, starting over. If that is the case why won't she tell me that? What does she really want? How do I get her back? I live in a small town in the state of Nevada. To make a very long story short. The DA dismissed my husbands (2 Felony Charges) "without prejudice". After a little research on-line I now understand the "term" but I am not clear on how to address my issues with this out come. I believe that the DA was trying to avoid a witness from testifying. The truth is the person who confessed who has been found guilty and has been sentenced for the crimes contacted the DA and informed her that they were trying to convict an innocence person (my husband). He explained he was willing to testify that my husband had no knowledge and did not commit this crime. He also wanted to submit pictures of his tires (same kind as my husbands) that are on the vehicle he used to commit this crime. He went to her directly because our attempt to have our 4th Public Defender to subpoena him was denied. On the day of my husbands Prelim/Pre-trial this person approached the DA before court with photos and requesting to be heard in court. After one last attempt from our PD to get my husband to sign a misdemeanor plea, the DA "dismissed without prejudice" If I truly understand the meaning of the "term" than this has not provided us with closure. How does one proceed at this point?

How come almost 90% of the jokes on this site that are adult-oriented, i.e. intercourse, oral sex etc. usually involve only a husband & his wife? Why not it involve a boyfriend & girlfriend, or even two strangers having a fling?

We aren't divorced yet, but we will be soon. I just need someone to tell me how and when this searing pain in my heart will end. What can I do? I live in the same small town as them and just can't bear the thought of them together. We were together 16 years and it's been over a year since he left. What am I doing wrong? I just want the pain to end, the sickness in my stomach to stop when I wake in the morning.. all of it. Please.. no rude answers, my heart is broken.

I care about this guy a lot I just don't LOVE him like one is supposed to when dating someone and even moving in with them. We're stuck in this lease for a house for 7 more months but I want out now! (Out of the relationship, I mean) It's not an option to get out of the lease early in my case. There are plenty of spare bedrooms that I could move to if we did break up before the end of the lease...I'm just afraid he'll be weird about it and it will make the next 7 months of my life a living hell. I don't know what to do...

We see more provision for other religons and less and less of our own!! Islam is the fastest growing religon in our country yet at my daughters Church Of England school they've had to adapt the menu to a muslim correct one and are no longer allowed to say the Lords prayer. If i went to live in Pakistan would they build a church for me and what i believe in? Would school meals change to accomadate my culture? I feel we're losing sight of our roots we are the new and improved Pakistan. British will soon be a term of the past. Anyone see my point???

last week (at 11 weeks pregnant) i bled so much i had to go to the ER. Blood was literally pouring out of me where they had to bring the u/s equipment to me because i couldn't walk with out blood coming out of me. They had no explanation for the bleeding. The baby is fine though so it was all under my cervix. I'm terrified of bleeding so much during labor, that i won't make it. What can i do to help? C-section? or nothing?
