YES

We believe in Fate, whether good or bad, which Allah has measured and ordained for all creatures according to His previous knowledge and as deemed suitable by His wisdom.

Allah teaches us to worship him alone.
we have the right/choice to do good or bad. it is up to us.
if we do bad, then we should repent, Allah is Most Merciful and Oft Forgiving.
Allah is closer to you then your jugular vein, He knows everything that you do , did, will do before the intention to do it gets to your heart. Allah sees, hears, and knows ALL things, it has been written and recorded.
